The commercial building 110 Robinson Road has been put up for sale at an indicative price of $45 million, according to sole marketing agent Cushman & Wakefield.

Completed in 1980s, the 12-storey building comprises 11 office floors with a retail unit on the ground floor which is currently tenanted to a dental clinic. Sitting on a freehold land of approximately 1,853 sq ft, the property has a net lettable area of 14,233 sq ft. The site is currently zoned for commercial use with a plot ratio of 11.2 and building height control of up to 35-storey. The property is located within 500m from five MRT Stations — Raffles Place, Telok Ayer, Downtown, Tanjong Pagar and Shenton Way.

Singapore continues to see strong inflow of liquidity seeking prime office assets in the CBD with several foreign investors recently making high profile acquisitions, says Cushman & Wakefield. Some notable acquisitions this year include the sale of Asia Square Tower 1 for $3.4 billion to Qatar Investment Authority by BlackRock and Straits Trading Building for $560 million to Indonesian tycoon Tahir by Sun Venture.

The tender exercise closes at 3pm on July 26.
