SL Capital (1) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Sustained Land Pte Ltd, announced on April 24 that 40% or 122 units of its 305-unit Sturdee Residences were sold at an average price of $1,550 psf during a VIP preview event held on April 23. Sturdee Residences will be officially launched on April 30.
Located at Sturdee Road, Sturdee Residences is in the vicinity of both Farrer Park and the upcoming Bendemeer Road MRT stations. The 30-storey twin-tower project contains a mix of one- to five-bedroom units, and is scheduled to be completed in June 2020.
