SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A two-storey shophouse with attic at 55 Neil Road has been put on the market exclusively by Knight Frank Singapore. Located between the junctions of Teck Lim Road and Kreta Ayer Road, it has a built-up area of 2,530 sq ft and a land area of around 1,401 sq ft. It has a tenure of 99 years, starting from 1989.

The unit can be used as a restaurant, retail shop, clinic, gym, or office. Knight Frank expects offers to be between $6.07 million and $6.33 million ($2,400 to $2,500 psf on built-up area). As the site is zoned “commercial”, there is no additional buyer’s stamp duty or seller’s stamp duty.

Nearby amenities include F&B establishments such as Shake Shack, The Populus and The Lokal. It will also be a short walk to the upcoming Maxwell MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. The former Chinatown Plaza, located around 100m from 55 Neil Road, is currently being redeveloped into a mixed-use development.

The property will be sold via an Expression of Interest exercise, which will close on April 28 at 3pm.
