ABR Holdings announced on Oct 5 that its indirect associated company, ABR CCH Land, is acquiring a land plot in Kuala Lumpur from Cheng Chin Heng at approximately MYR 4.95 million ($1.6 million). The 99-year leasehold land parcel measures approximately 16,506 sq ft.

The land plot is adjacent to another 99-year leasehold, 12,700 sq ft site that ABR CCH Land acquired for MYR3.56 million on Sept 20.
