SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers has appointed Agnes Heu as its director of office services from May 27, 2021. She is tasked with expanding Colliers’ market share in Singapore and will report to June Chua, executive director and head of office services, Singapore. Heu has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She has provided strategic advisory services to office occupiers in real estate planning, portfolio management, lease acquisition, restructuring, renewals and dispositions. Before joining Colliers, Heu was part of another global real estate consultancy and focused on commercial leasing.

“Agnes has also worked with a handful of boutique funds, each with unique requirements and specific office needs. She is a passionate real estate expert with a successful track record that demonstrates her dedication to the industry,” says Chua.
