A 999-year leasehold conservation shophouse at 24 Ann Siang Road is up for sale through an expression of interest (EOI) with a guide price of $21 million. The three-storey shophouse with a basement and an attic has a total floor area of approximately 4,446 sq ft, which means the price translates to $4,723 psf.

Clemence Lee, executive director of capital markets for Singapore at CBRE, notes that shophouses in the Club Street-Ann Siang area continue to draw significant interest from both investors and owner-occupiers. “Such assets are seldom made available for sale and are normally snapped up when they surface in the market, evident by the recent sale of 65 Club Street at $21 million in September 2025,” he adds.
The EOI will close on Nov 26 at 3pm.
