JLL appoints Anny Zhang as managing director, East China

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JLL has appointed Anny Zhang as managing director for East China with effect from Jan 1, 2021. In addition to her current responsibility as head of office leasing for China, she will oversee business operations in East China and be responsible for the firm’s strategic direction in the region.

Zhang is taking over Eddie Ng, current managing director, who will be pursuing a new career aspiration after 25 years in JLL. Ng has also been pioneering and driving JLL’s proptech initiatives and digital transformation across the country.

Zhang has been with JLL for 13 years, leading JLL’s office leasing business since 2015. She was promoted to the head of office leasing for China in 2019. In that capacity, she has been working closely with office leasing teams of over 240 specialists across the country to drive JLL’s office leasing business. Her team has completed 4,300 office leasing transactions with over 5 million sq m in key markets across China.
