Shared workspace brand Arcc Spaces is set to open a new location at the Bank of Singapore Centre, an office tower along Market Street in Raffles Place, next month. The workspace spans 25,782 sq ft across Levels 5 to 7, which were previously occupied by OCBC. This will be Arcc Spaces’ fourth Singapore location and its first new centre in the city-state since 2020, when it opened a 19,000 sq ft workspace at One Marina Boulevard.

The opening comes amid Singapore’s tightening office supply, as well as a growing preference for flexibility among occupiers. Arcc Spaces offers firms “the permanence and prestige of a CBD headquarters, without the exposure of a decade-long commitment”, the company stated in a May 7 press release.

"In an era where 10-year commitments have become high-risk liabilities, we offer a hospitality-led alternative that prioritises agility over overhead,” adds Justin Chen, CEO of Arcc Spaces.

The new location at the Bank of Singapore Centre includes enterprise suites, meeting and collaboration spaces, and a dedicated members’ lounge and pantry. Larger firms can engage Arcc Spaces’ in-house design team to customise their workspaces.

Members will also have access to a curated programme of social events, including Arcc Spaces’ signature Being.Human series that showcases the journeys of entrepreneurs, changemakers and authors.

Arcc Spaces operates workspaces across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai and Hong Kong. In Singapore, apart from One Marina Boulevard, its other locations are at High Street and Duxton Road.

The company is a subsidiary of Arcc Holdings, a Singapore-based real estate and hospitality group, whose businesses include asset management company Arcc Assets; co-working operator The Co; and Else Kuala Lumpur, a 49-key boutique hotel.
