The Ascott Ltd, a subsidiary of CapitaLand, has opened its Citadines Suites Arc de Triomphe Paris after a €26 million ($40 million) facelift. The 112 units in the property range from 377 to 1,163 sq ft, with apartments having connecting rooms. The Ricardo Bofill-designed building is located between Champs-Élysées and Place du Trocadéro. The development is within walking distance of major attractions, including Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Theatre National de Chaillot and museums such as Musée du quai Branly and Musée Guimet.
