On Aug 17, AVA put 12 land parcels for vegetable farming at Lim Chu Kang up for sale by public tender, under the fixed price tender system. The tender exercise will close on October 26.

Sized from about 215,822 sq ft to approximately 228,626 sq ft each, the land parcels along Neo Tew Harvest Link, Neo Tiew Harvest Lane and New Tiew Harvest Place come with a 20-year lease.

Prices for the 12 land parcels are fixed at the chief valuer’s valuation and range from $273,000 for a 215,822 sq ft site at Neo Tiew Lane to $304,000 for a 228,626 sq ft site along the same road.
