AVANI announces new brand extension to cater to millennials

On March 1, AVANI Hotels & Resorts announced a new brand extension, ‘AVANI+’, which caters to millennial-minded travellers.

Situated in central Luang Prabang, AVANI+ Luang Prabang, the first hotel launched under the brand, is located in renovated 20th-century bungalows that formerly housed both French and Laotian governments, and later the acclaimed Phousi Hotel. It will have 53 guest rooms and suites, each reflecting an intimate, open-plan feel with French-styled louvered wooden doors leading to a balcony or terrace, overlooking either the pool or a private courtyard.

                                   

Launched in Asia in 2011, AVANI currently operates over 3,800 keys in 15 countries. The brand has 23 properties in operation in Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Seychelles, Mozambique, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, the United Arab Emirates and Portugal, with a pipeline of properties opening in Australia, Asia, Indian Ocean and the Middle East.
