Qingjian Realty’s executive condominium project Bellewoods has received the Construction Quality Assessment System Star by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The 561-unit Bellewoods was the only EC among the top three in the Private Housing category.

The award is the highest accolade given for construction quality, and is given to projects that meet over 95% of the BCA workmanship quality standards. According to the developer, Bellewoods is the only residential development in the north of Singapore to receive the highest rating. Located in Woodlands, Bellewoods received its Temporary Occupation Permit last year.

Qingjian Realty will continue to set the benchmark for well-constructed projects in Singapore, says Yen Chong, deputy general manager of Qingjian Realty. She adds that the award is testament to the developers’ commitment to build top-quality projects here.

This year Qingjian marks its 10th year in Singapore, and homebuyers can look forward to the next launch of Le Quest, as well as the launch of the development at Shunfu, which will be announced soon.
