Australian developer Beulah International will be launching its third development, Paragon, in Melbourne, for sale in Singapore on the weekend of April 29 and 30 at The Hilton Hotel.

The freehold Paragon is a 48-storey mixed-use development with 220 residential units and retail or F&B units on Levels 1 to 4. The residential units comprise one- to three-bedders of 50 to 198 sq m. The starting price for the units is A$500,000. The development, located on the site of the former Melbourne Celtic Club in the heart of the CBD, was acquired by Beulah International in 2014 for A$25.6 million.

Beulah International says Paragon will be the first development to have a three-storey-high urban forest with a conservatory-like feature. The urban forest will have a selection of mature trees, leafy canopies, climbing gardens and grassy spaces, complete with terrazzo pavers and outdoor seating zones.

Beulah International co-founder and managing director Chan Jiaheng says Singapore will be the second stop for its Asian launch. The first stop was in Kuala Lumpur, Chan’s hometown, where more than 70 units were sold over the weekend of April 22 and 23.

The Paragon is the second project Beulah International and Fender Katsalidis Architects — one of Melbourne’s top architects — have collaborated on. The first was Hallmark Ivanhoe, a 35- unit apartment in Melbourne, which saw more than 80% of the apartments sold in the first two weeks of launch. Beulah’s first project was the 136-unit Gardenhill Doncaster in Melbourne, which is completed and fully sold.
