On Nov 27, Boustead Projects announced that it has secured two design-and-build contracts worth $67 million for projects in Singapore and Vietnam.

The first contract involves the design-and-build of a logistics facility in Singapore, with a projected completion date of 2019. The second contract is for the design-and-build of the extension of a power solutions manufacturing facility in Vietnam, targeted for completion in 2018.

According to Thomas Chu, managing director of Boustead Projects, the group has secured $174 million in contracts since April, or the start of the group’s FY2018.

Including the two new contracts, the group’s order book backlog now stands at $242 million. This comprises unrecognized project revenue remaining at the end of September, as well as the total value of new orders secured since that date.
