SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Boutique hotel Ann Siang House, with 19 rooms and studio apartments, has now reopened for mid- to long-term rental leases, in a pivot from catering to short-term stays pre-pandemic.

Located along Ann Siang Road in Chinatown, it comprises three adjoining shophouses in a conserved 1920s heritage building.

For its work-from-home package, rates start from $3,900 per month for a stay of one to three months, $3,600 per month for four to six months, and $3,400 per month for six months and above.

Under another package for homeowners looking for an alternative space to stay while renovation is ongoing at their homes, rates start from $3,800 per month for a stay of one to three months, $3,500 per month for four to six months, and $2,200 per month for six months and above.
