The existing building occupies a 62,087 sq ft site with a 30-year lease with effect from 2001. The property has a gross floor area of about 80,676 sq ft. The building now houses a kindergarten, preschool, counselling/ family centre as well as offices. The building is said to be owned by Agape Methodist Church and was previously owned by NTUC, which operated a lifestyle centre and a supermarket there. The EOI will close on Sept 20.
