Buyers snapped up 130 units at Artra on first day of launch

FEC Skyline sold 130 (65%) of the 200 released units at Artra on the first day of launch on April 29. The average price stood at approximately $1,700 psf.

The project is developed by FEC Skyline, a joint venture of two listed Hong Kong developers: Far East Consortium International and New World Development Co.

Artra comprises of a single 44-storey tower with a mix of two-, three- and five-bedroom apartments from 786 sq ft to 2,583 sq ft. There will also be a FairPrice Finest supermarket and 16 shops on the first level of the 400-unit development. The 99-year leasehold private condominium at Alexandra View fronts the Redhill MRT station.
