CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment group, has announced three leadership changes for Southeast Asia.

Pauline Goh, CEO of CBRE Singapore and Southeast Asia since July 2010, will take up the role of chairman for Southeast Asia. The new role will be focused on growing strategic client accounts across the region.

Moray Armstrong has been appointed managing director for CBRE Singapore. All business leaders in Singapore will report to Armstrong, who will still retain operational oversight of the Advisory & Transactions (A&T) platform. Previously he served as managing director of the A&T business.

Vikram Kohli will assume the role of chief operating officer with management and operational oversight over Southeast Asia. He previously served as regional managing director for the region, focusing on markets outside of Singapore.

Goh, Armstrong and Kohli will report to Anshuman Magazine, chairman and CEO of India, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa.
