Chinatown shophouses for sale at $23 mil

A pair of shophouses at 22 and 23 Mosque Street have been put up for sale by expression of interest. The indicative guide price for both shophouses is in the region of $23 million, which translates to about $2,950 psf on the existing gross floor area (GFA).

The three-storey shophouses sits on a combined land area of approximately 2,688 sq ft and has a GFA of about 7,800 sq ft. Under the 2014 Master Plan, the site is zoned for commercial use under the Chinatown Historic District (Kreta Ayer) Conservation Area. Currently, the property is fully occupied with a furniture showroom and restaurant cum bar on the ground floor, and office tenants on the upper floors. The property is located about 200m from Chinatown MRT station.

JLL is the appointed marketing agent. The expression of interest closes on November 9.
