Chua Ming Lee joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Asia-Pacific Occupier Services

Chua Ming Lee, former global real estate director at Unilever, has been appointed head of account management and service lines for global occupier services at Cushman & Wakefield.

According to Cushman & Wakefield, Chua has more than 20 years of leadership, business and industry experience in the occupier services arena on a global scale.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chua was global real estate director of Unilever for five-and-a-half years, where she was responsible for the real estate transaction executions as well as data and analytics across a 96.9 million sq ft global real estate portfolio. She was with JLL for 15 years before that.

According to Chua, joining Cushman & Wakefield will “bring together her occupier and service provider experience”. Chua’s responsibility in the firm will include driving growth across the different occupier service lines, providing tailored solutions and delivering “execution excellence” for multi-national clients, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
