Piped gas and lower-carbon energy solutions provider City Energy has announced it will be fitting out homes at two residential developments that launched earlier this month – the 341-unit Hillhaven by Far East Organization and Sekisui House at Hillview Rise and the 512-unit executive condominium (EC) Lumina Grand by City Developments Limited (CDL) at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5. The developments commenced sales bookings on Jan 20 and Jan 27, respectively.

In a Jan 31 press release, City Energy says it will supply units at the two developments with smart home and kitchen solutions. Hillhaven units will feature appliances from City Energy’s Küche brand of products, including smart gas hobs, smart hoods, smart ovens and smart gas water heaters.

All units at Lumina Grand will be fitted with Küche’s smart gas hobs, smart hoods and smart ovens, along with smart gas water heaters from Macro.

City Energy is also supplying Küche smart kitchen solutions to EL Development's Blossoms By The Park, a 275-unit private condominium at Slim Barracks Rise in District 5. About 750 smart hobs, smart cooker hoods and built-in smart electric ovens will be installed in the standard three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as the four-bedroom penthouses.
