SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Bespoke Habitat, a co-living start-up, has raised its first $1 million in funds, aimed at supporting its expansion to 350 units in Singapore.

Launched in 2019, the start-up provides co-living offerings in areas like Tiong Bahru, Queenstown, Tanah Merah and Jurong West.

“The boom in the short-term rental space during the pandemic made co-living a very ideal way to live. A section of working professionals who have adopted a hybrid work approach will prefer to stay in co-living spaces rather than apartments or hotels to connect with like-minded people,” says Ernee Ong, co-founder of Bespoke Habitat.

“Bespoke Habitat was launched with this vision in mind -- to provide a high-quality and fully functional space for people to live, work and play in the most accessible and convenient locations in Singapore,” he adds.

“Our aim is to use technology to create living spaces that support the lifestyle of the young and single-demographic household from Singaporeans to expatriates, further enabling a high level of comfort and convenience,” Ong says.

The start-up aims to be a full end-to-end solutions provider, providing services from logistics, cleaning, to in-house repair and moving-out services.
