Local co-living operator Coliwoo is set to open its doors for its new property, Coliwoo Midtown, in February of this year. The property was previously announced to the public in November last year, after the firm debuted on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange on Nov 6.

Located at 141 Middle Road, the 212-key Coliwoo Midtown occupies the former GSM Building, situated between Bugis, Bras Basah and Rochor. According to a release on Jan 20, it is the first Coliwoo property that “intentionally anchors both wellness and culinary programmes as a core part of the co-living experience”.

Coliwoo Midtown features a fully-equipped gym with an ice bath facility. Residents will also have access to instructor-led fitness programmes, most of which will be included in their monthly fees. In addition, the property’s commercial kitchens will be used to offer culinary programmes such as chef-hosted dinners, tasting sessions and ingredient-focused experiences.

According to Coliwoo, the property is designed for business travellers, international students, expatriates, digital nomads and urban dwellers seeking flexible, ready-to-move-in living paired with curated lifestyle experiences.  “Coliwoo Midtown reflects the brand’s broader shift towards experiential, hospitality-led urban living, rooted in the cultural layers and vibrancy of the Bugis neighbourhood,” it adds.
