Chris Pilgrim, managing director of global capital markets for Asia Pacific (Apac) at Colliers, has left the firm. He had been with Colliers since 2021, when he joined the firm as director for global capital markets, based in London. At the start of 2023, he assumed the role of managing director of global capital markets for Apac, based in Singapore.
Pilgrim has left Colliers to join Avison Young, a real estate company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. In an Aug 11 press release, Avison Young announced Pilgrim’s appointment as principal, managing director and UK head of capital markets. The role is based in London.
Prior to joining Colliers, Pilgrim had been with CBRE for nearly a decade, working across their London, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore offices.
