SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers has announced the appointment of Catherine He as director, head of research for Singapore. She replaces Tricia Song, who left the firm to join CBRE Singapore as head of research for Southeast Asia last July.

He was previously a director at CBRE in Singapore, where she was responsible for analysing real estate market data and developing a consolidated view of the markets and various sectors in Asia Pacific, with a focus on Singapore.

She was also responsible for producing key market and economic updates, forecasts, and thought-leadership papers, which were shared with internal brokers as well as external clients. She also contributed to business development initiatives, investment advisory proposals and presentations to clients.

She will be reporting to WeiLeng Tang, Collier’s managing director, Singapore.

“We are delighted to have an expert like Catherine join us to accelerate the success of our clients and our people in Singapore. Her experience in research, the real estate industry and institutional financial services will help to enhance the capabilities of our teams to better serve the evolving needs of our clients. With her enterprising spirit, I am confident that Catherine will help lead our industry into the future,” says Tang.
