Colliers appoints new managing director for Singapore

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers International has announced the appointments of key leadership positions for Singapore and Asia Pacific. On Jan 10, the firm named Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt as managing director, Singapore. He was previously executive director and head of occupier services, Singapore, at Colliers and has been with the company since April 2019.

He succeeds Tang Wei Leng, who is now managing director of capital markets, Singapore, for Colliers. Based in Singapore, van Beijsterveldt will be responsible for expanding the office’s major client relationships as well as driving Colliers’ growth strategy to build scale in Singapore.

The announcement follows Chris Pilgrim’s appointment as Colliers’ new managing director, Asia Pacific, global capital markets, effective Jan 1. Pilgrim joined Colliers in June 2021 as global capital markets director. He will relocate from London to Singapore for his new role.
