Colliers appointed two new directors to its investment services team on April 2, with Steven Tan taking the role of executive director and co-head of investment services and Samuel Choo taking the role of director in the same team.

Tan has 30 years of industry experience in areas including property management, valuation, auction, and investment sales. Prior to joining Colliers, he led the capital markets & investments services department at ERA.

In his new role, he will drive the vision, strategy, and business plans to position Colliers’ investment services at the forefront of the Singapore market together with his fellow co-head, Tan Boon Leong, who was appointed earlier this year. Tan will report to Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt, managing director of Colliers Singapore.

Meanwhile, Choo brings over 20 years of experience to his new role, where he will focus on servicing existing clients, nurturing relationships, and expanding their client base.

“We are thrilled to have Steven Tan and Samuel Choo re-join Colliers,” says van Beijsterveldt. “Their extensive experience in real estate and investment services, coupled with their proven success in handling transactions for investors and property owners, will significantly boost our multi-service revenue growth.”
