Australian developer Crown Group’s latest residential project Waterfall by Crown Group is set to feature an artwork from prominent artist Mika Utzon.

Mika’s artwork will be an important part of the formal structure of Waterfall by Crown Group. His art work uses nature as a foundation for the experience of space, which ties in with the core design concept of Waterfall by Crown Group.

The $395-million Waterfall by Crown Group is set to be the most anticipated residential address in Sydney, according to Crown Group. Located in Green Square precinct, Waterfall by Crown Group is expected to be launched in 2017. It aims to provide residents more engagement with nature via natural materials, a tranquil lagoon, mature trees, outdoor retreat areas and Australia’s tallest man-made waterfall.

The four-tower project comprises 331 apartments, six retail outlets, restaurants and cafes as well as amenities including a rainforest-inspired bamboo-covered walkway and a private rooftop lounge.
