Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has announced the appointment of Matthew Bouw as its new CEO for Asia-Pacific, with effect from Dec 1.
“Global and domestic capital will continue to target regional investment hotspots while multi-national corporations will stay focused on growing their business in [the Asia-Pacific],” says Brett White, global CEO of C&W, “we expect positive business sentiment and momentum to continue to underpin the overall growth of the region and our business,” he adds.
Bouw has been with C&W for more than six years, and has been global chief administrative officer for the past three years, with oversight of HR and Marketing & Research. He has experience in real estate, financial services, engineering & construction, and mining services. Prior to joining C&W, he was with DTZ, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aviva, Orica, Leighton, and UGL.
