SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Cameron Ahrens as head of global occupier services (GOS), Asia Pacific, with effect from April. The role is based in Singapore.

Ahrens has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2019 and was responsible for leading and strategising the integrated facilities management business in Asia Pacific. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Ahrens has held senior leadership roles in CBRE Asia Pacific and JLL in managing and developing the businesses and teams across borders.

“Under Cameron’s leadership, we are confident that the strong momentum in our GOS business will spur us on to optimise the opportunities ahead and make a positive impact in the occupier space,” says Matthew Bouw, Cushman & Wakefield’s CEO, Asia Pacific.

Ahrens succeeds Shaun Jenkinson, who will step up to the role of head of integrated portfolio management (IPM) Americas, based in Atlanta. As the new head of IPM, Americas, Jenkinson will partner delivery leaders to ensure a consistent, global account management approach is provided to clients.

“Shaun’s leadership of GOS in Asia Pacific has been instrumental to the overall growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s business in the region,” says Bouw.
