India developer Embassy Group, together with Blackstone Group and Four Seasons, will be launching India’s first Four Seasons Private Residences at Embassy ONE, on the weekend of April 29 and 30 at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

The 109-unit Four Seasons Private Residences is made up of one- to four-bedroom plus study units ranging from 1,992 to 7,573 sq ft. According to Strawberry Star, the marketing agent, prices start from $1.6 million. The 109 units are spread across two 30-storey towers.
