Wenul Assets has put the entire ground floor of Gemini @ Sims up for sale by expression of interest (EOI). According to JLL, the appointed marketing agent, the guide price for all 13 freehold Business 1 units with a combined floor area of 40,375 sq ft is $36.34 million ($900 psf).

Wenul Assets is also open to buyers who are keen to buy individual or multiple units at the guide price of $900 psf. Unit sizes range from 2,626 to 3,670 sq ft. Gemini @ Sims, a seven- storey light industrial building comprising 83 strata- titled units, is located at the corner of Sims Close and Lorong 17 Geylang. The EOI will close on Feb 24 at 3pm.
