The sale of the property will come with its existing tenancies, according to Colliers International, which is marketing the property.

The property is one bus stop away from Outram Park MRT Interchange Station, and is six minutes by foot to the upcoming Havelock MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

The expression of interest exercise for the property will close on Nov 19 at 3pm.
