The first apartment created to showcase homes designed by renowned architectural firm Gehry Partners opens at Battersea Power Station. Gehry’s design of Prospect Place - which comprises homes, commercial space and children’s play area as part of the new High Street at Battersea Power Station - is a cluster of five buildings, each with striking sculptural façades inspired by London’s famous John Regency terraces.
Prospect Place marks Gehry’s first residential project in the UK, and the architectural firm has designed two palettes for the interiors at Prospect Place, namely LA and London, which will be showcased. Prices of residential units at Prospect Place are said to start from £1.31 million for a two-bedroom apartment.
