Frasers Hospitality signs agreement to manage fifth Bangkok property at One Bangkok

Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property Group, has signed a management agreement with One Bangkok, an upcoming integrated district in Bangkok, Thailand. The agreement will see Frasers Hospitality manage a new Fraser Suites Bangkok in 2026. It will be the hospitality group’s fifth property in the city.

One Bangkok will comprise five premium commercial towers, three luxury residential towers, five luxury and lifestyle hotels, four distinct retail precincts, and a world-class entertainment arena. The entire project is developed by Frasers Property, itself a subsidiary of TCC Group, one of Thailand;s largest conglomerates.

Frasers Suites Bangkok will span the top ten floors of a 45-storey premium commercial tower, which will also be integrated with a new retail precinct. Frasers Suites Bangkok will offer 261 rooms, with a mix of studios, and one- to three-bedroom units.

Designed for short- and long-term stays, Fraser Suites Bangkok will be designed by internationally renowned interior design firm DWP. The interior design combines traditional Thai elegance with a touch of contemporary design. This extends to the landscape which is curated by landscape design firm Shma.

Other facilities and amenities planned for Fraser Suites Bangkok include a sky bar and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline and the Chao Praya River. Guests can also enjoy a resident’s lounge, a fitness centre, and an infinity pool.

The hospitality property also benefits from a direct connection to One Bangkok, which features an array of retail, F&B, entertainment, and arts and culture options. The integrated development also features more than 860,800 sq ft of public green spaces and linear parks.
