SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Multi-national real estate company Frasers Property has introduced preventive measures and processes to ensure that tenants, customers, guests and occupants can return to their properties safely.

Across malls, hotels, serviced residences, offices, business parks, and industrial and logistics facilities under Frasers’ care, hand sanitisers stations, temperature checks and safe distancing markings have been set up. Frontline staff have been given masks to be worn at all times.

Additionally, apart from enhanced cleaning and disinfection, UV-disinfectant robots will be deployed to Frasers Property Retail malls in Singapore such as Changi City Point, Northpoint City and Waterway Point. Each robot is equipped with a camera, built-in sensors, software and ultraviolet-C light module that uses UV-C rays to eradicate viruses.

Air-conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as car park exhaust ducts, grease pipes and sewer lines will be sanitised with disinfecting agents. The furniture at common areas have also been arranged to support safe distancing and prevent congregation. There are limits imposed on lift occupancy and queue numbers.

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO says, “We are clearly navigating a ‘new normal’ and recognise we must operate our properties differently as we address the evolving needs of our customers.”
