A freehold industrial development site located along Woodlands Road is up for sale via expression of interest (EOI) with a guide price of $4 million, according to ERA, the exclusive marketing agent for the property.

Located at the junction of Stagmont Ring, the site measures approximately 2,888 sq ft. Based on the land area, the guide price translates to $1,385 psf. According to the URA Master Plan 2025, the property is zoned for Business 2 use and can adapt to a variety of industrial activities.

Currently, a tyre and battery servicing workshop is occupying the site. “Although the site is relatively compact, it enjoys a strategic frontage along a busy arterial road, making it well-suited for a passenger vehicle servicing facility.” says Donald Goh, director of capital markets and investment sales at ERA.

He adds that potential buyers could explore developing a 24-hour vehicular service station incorporating EV charging points or other compatible industrial uses, subject to the relevant authorities’ approval.

The EOI exercise will close on Apr 21, at 3pm.
