The Great Room (TGR) will open its fourth Singapore location at Raffles Hotel Singapore, which will re-open in a few months’ time after a major restoration.

It will be the first co-working space operator to take up space in a six-star hotel. TGR will be occupying 15,000 sq ft of space on the second level of Raffles Hotel.

TGR at Raffles Hotel Singapore will add to its Singapore portfolio comprising its flagship One George Street, and two other locations at Centennial Tower and Ngee Ann City, which are all running at close to full run rate occupancy. Average desk rates at One George Street are now achieving 30% more than other co-working spaces.

TGR will also be opening its first location in Hong Kong this month, at One Taikoo Place. This is the first of two new triple Grade-A office towers developed by Swire Properties. Members include the enterprise arm of a major global bank, as well as other corporates, enterprises and start-ups.
