Singapore-listed real estate company HLH Group is selling the 98-room, 10-storey hotel component of the freehold mixed-use project D’Seaview for $15.7 million. With a 105,680 sq ft site area, D’Seaview is HLH’s first development in Cambodia.

Besides the hotel, the project has 737 one-, two- and three-bedroom units and 67 commercial units. Located in the Sihanoukville province, the development is 1km from the popular Sokha Beach.

As at March 26, the commercial units are 80% sold, while the residential units are 60% sold, with buyers from Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, China and other nationalities, according to HLH. Completion of the commercial and residential components are slated for 2Q2018 and 1H2019, respectively.

HLH Group also holds land rights to a 237,497 sq ft, freehold land plot adjacent to D’Seaview.
