SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - RedDoorz, the hotel manager and booking platform, has announced three new senior appointments.

Kelvin Teo has joined the company as chief operating officer, while Trixie Thye will come on board as regional vice president — human resources. At the same time, RedDoorz is promoting Liviu Nedef to chief marketing officer. Nedef was previously senior vice president of marketing and communications in the company.

Singapore-based RedDoorz operates a network of more than 1,800 hospitality properties in 150 cities in Southeast Asia. This includes countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.

“I’m incredibly excited to officially welcome Kelvin and Trixie to our leadership team and congratulate Liviu on his well-deserved promotion. Their wealth of experience and successful track record in our region will undoubtedly help us immensely on our mission to transform hospitality in Southeast Asia as we start to focus towards post-pandemic recovery,” says Amit Saberwal, founder and CEO, RedDoorz.

Teo has over 20 years of experience in technology and online industries, and he will oversee the Southeast Asian business and operations at RedDoorz. He was previously managing director for Groupon Asia and served as chief business officer at MoneySmart Group.

Thye brings to the company 20 years of experience working with global corporations such as Accenture, and she was most recently regional HR vice-president and business partner at Pactera.

Nedef continues to lead the company’s marketing, communications and direct business-to-consumer sales efforts. He is working to accelerate the company’s mobile-first customer strategies.
