SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Furniture giant Ikea has launched an interior design and renovation studio in Jurong Point, partnering interior design and renovation platform Livspace to offer interior design, planning and renovation services to clients.

The studio features a showroom modelled after a three-room HDB flat. Customers will be able to scan any room in the store through QR codes, and virtually fit out the room themselves with Ikea’s catalogue of fittings.

Renovation packages start from $9,900, and cover renovation and construction services as well as Ikea furniture and furnishings.

Furniture purchases made at the planning studio under its interior design and renovation package will be delivered directly to clients’ homes.

Ikea will be offering opening specials at the store. Until Dec 31 this year, Ikea Family members will also enjoy 5% off their total bill when renovating their home with Livspace.
