SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - City Developments will be previewing Irwell Hill Residences from March 27.

Located at Irwell Hill in District 9, the development comprises two 36-storey towers with 540 units on an elevated terrain that features four existing heritage raintrees.

Unit types range from 398 sq ft for a studio to 1,582 sq ft for a four-bedroom premium. There are also three spacious four-to-five bedrooms Sky Penthouses from 2,185 to 2,605 sq ft.

Unit fittings will include brands from Gessi, Geberit sanitary wares, and appliances from Miele and Bosch.

Prices start from S$998,000 for a studio unit to over S$4 million for a four-bedroom premium unit which comes with a private lift. Bookings will start on Saturday, April 10, when the project is launched, says the developer.

Irwell Hill Residences is located close to the upcoming Great World MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, and Orchard MRT station on the North-South Line.

Primary schools nearby include River Valley Primary School, which is within 1km, and Anglo-Chinese School (Junior).

Irwell Hill Residences’ sales gallery is located off Irwell Bank Road, next to the actual site. It will be open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm daily, by appointment only.
