This drive and focus are fully displayed when Lee led the record-breaking sale of The Courtyards on Broadrick Road, a stunning colonial-inspired home developed by JL Family Office. The property, which blends heritage with modern design, was sold for an impressive $18 million in 2024, setting a new record in prime district 15 with a land rate of $2,730 psf. “If you are also keen to own a piece of history, the last plot size of over 6,300 sq ft with more than 9,100 sq ft of built-up space is available,” she says.

When clients entrust me and my team with their multimillion-dollar assets, we pour our heart and soul into marketing them.”

‘Transformative journey’

Lee’s journey in real estate began in 1998 when she transitioned from a corporate sales manager role to pursue her passion for property. A significant turning point occurred in 2012 when she joined Landed 7772, one of the largest professional landed property teams in Singapore, which was founded and led by her mentor, Teresa Tan, in 2005.

Operating under the OrangeTee & Tie (OTT) umbrella, Landed 7772 specialises in landed properties and has earned a reputation for excellence, completing over 4,000 successful transactions, including high-profile GCBs.

“It has been a transformative journey, evolving from a solo agent to a team deal maker, consistently driving success and taking the team to new heights. Not only has my income doubled, but my free time has also significantly increased. This success has strengthened my conviction to continue growing and to mentor new team members, guiding them toward achieving their own success,” says Lee.

As a leader who values collaboration, she views real estate as a collective endeavour, with each member fulfilling a crucial role — from listing and marketing to viewings and the final handshake. Nurturing the next generation by paying it forward

With decades of experience, Lee is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of realtors. She believes that to market a property effectively, a realtor must understand its unique attributes. “Every landed property is unique, with its distinct selling points. Additionally, factors such as whether the surrounding land falls under the government’s road reserve must also be considered.”

Through Landed 7772’s hands-on 15-week training programme, new agents learn the art of selling and negotiating while earning as they learn. Over two decades, Landed 7772 has worked with numerous developers and served clients through three generations with its professional consultancy, achieving record-breaking transactions and winning the Champion Team in OTT in 2024.

Beyond her work with clients and her team, Lee and her team are also committed to giving back to the community. During Chinese New Year, she and her team visit an elderly home, spreading festive cheer with food, games and companionship. “The residents love karaoke and playing bingo, so we make sure to bring enough prizes for everyone. We also hand out goodie bags and ang pows and order food to brighten their day,” she adds.

In the competitive real estate industry, balancing work and leisure can be challenging, but Lee manages it with ease. Drawing on her experience, she stays on top of her responsibilities while also making time for activities like travel. She says: “Even while travelling, I continue to close deals.”

This balance extends beyond her personal life into her professional philosophy, particularly in scaling new heights whenever the opportunity arises. “Retirement isn’t on the horizon yet. I truly love what I do, and it brings value to others,” adds Lee.

She also recently conquered the trek to Mount Everest’s base camp, 5,300 m above sea level — a clear display of her relentless commitment and discipline to face any challenge.
