Top ERA leader Jasmine Chan stands out among others for building something different — a business model grounded in collaboration, structure and intentional leadership. Her belief is simple yet powerful: women do not need to work harder to succeed; they need systems that work with their lives.
Meeting Chan is no easy task. Her days are packed with back-to-back mentorship sessions; she often meets two to three team members daily within her 180-strong organisation. When we finally sit down, the energy is unmistakable. Her office tells its own story — industry awards sit alongside business plans and case files, while a casual black denim jacket hangs nearby, reflecting a leader who balances excellence with authenticity.
“I never wanted success that came at the expense of my family,” Chan shares. A mother of three young children, she was clear early on that her business had to scale without demanding constant physical presence. That clarity became the foundation of everything she built next.
With over 20 years in real estate, Chan is the Preeminent Group’s top lister for three consecutive years. She achieved her first million-dollar earnings milestone at just 23. Since then, she has built a robust personal asset portfolio spanning local private properties and multiple fully paid, overseas Airbnb investments. Today, she runs her business largely remotely and still prioritises time with her family, travelling seven to eight times a year.

But accolades alone are not what define her leadership.
Eight years ago, when she first became a mother, Chan developed what is now known as Asset Progression Mastery — a proprietary mentorship framework designed to remove the most intimidating barriers for new agents, particularly women. Instead of leaving agents to struggle alone with prospecting, Chan brings them directly into her own client ecosystem.
“Client acquisition is the hardest part when you’re starting out,” she explains. “So I removed that barrier completely. My team learns by doing — not by waiting.”
Agents manage viewings, negotiations and closings alongside her, earning through profit-sharing while gaining real-world confidence and experience. The results speak for themselves: over 270 transactions closed in just three years, with multiple agents consistently earning above $200,000 annually.
Mentorship under Chan is intentionally high-touch. Business plans are customised for each agent: from single mothers to mid-career switchers to women returning to the workforce. Training goes far beyond property knowledge, covering personal branding, communication, presence and client confidence.
“Real estate isn’t just about knowing the product,” Chan says. “It’s about how you show up, how you speak, and how confident you feel in front of clients. Those things matter — especially for women.”

Importantly, Chan does not impose a single definition of success. Financial ambition is encouraged, but never forced. “Not everyone wants to be a millionaire, and that’s okay,” she shares. “Some want stability, flexibility, and time with their children. My role as a leader is to support the goal they choose — not project my own onto them.”
This philosophy has shaped the very DNA of her organisation. The first 20 agents she recruited were single mothers. Today, approximately 60% of her team are women, representing diverse backgrounds and life stories. Her leadership aligns closely with ERA’s EmpowHER initiative, championing financial independence through smart strategy rather than relentless grind.
Chan’s impact has also crossed borders. She was recently featured by ERA Japan in a publication distributed to over 500 Japanese companies — recognition of a leadership model that is both commercially effective and socially meaningful.
“Women don’t lack ability,” Chan muses. “What they often lack is a structure that respects their lives. When you fix that, everything changes.”
