JLL appoints Chia Siew Chuin as head of residential research for Singapore

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JLL has announced the appointment of Chia Siew Chuin as head of residential research, Singapore. She will be succeeding Ong Teck Hui, who is retiring at the end of the year, and will report directly to JLL Singapore’s head of research and consultancy Tay Huey Ying.

Chia joins JLL from CapitaLand Development, where she led strategy and research providing insights on macroeconomic, structural, and key real estate trends. She has also held leadership roles in CBRE and Colliers.

In a Dec 6 press release announcing the appointment, JLL states that as part of her new role, Chia will drive thought leadership on Singapore’s residential property market and oversee the delivery of residential advisory services to JLL’s clients. She will also be JLL’s spokesperson for the Singapore residential property market.

"Siew Chuin brings extensive experience in real estate consultancy and research to JLL,” says Chris Archibold, country head, JLL Singapore. "Her deep knowledge and expertise in this area will continue to enhance JLL's research capabilities and allow us to strengthen market insights."
