On Oct 18, JLL inked a memorandum of understanding with Sun Group to provide real estate consultancy and property management services for its projects.

First to come on stream under the partnership will be Sun Grand City Thuy Khue, Sun Group’s project in Hanoi, which has views of the West Lake. The project comprises the 519-unit, two-tower Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence, the Sun Plaza Thuy Khue Commercial Centre, as well as an office component.

JLL will represent Sun Group to hand over apartments as well as the premises at the commercial centre. In addition, JLL will assist with the operations management of these two components of Sun Grand City Thuy Khue.

Sun Grand City Thuy Khue is set to be completed in 3Q2018.
