JTC Corp has launched a 20-year, four-month lease- hold land parcel located on Tuas South Street 11, Plot 43. The land is zoned for B2 (heavy industrial) use. The site has a total area of 90,772 sq ft, with a maximum gross plot ratio of 1.0, and developers have up to five years to complete construction of the new project. The tender for the site will close on March 24.
