SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched a B2 industrial site at Jalan Papan for application under the Reserve List of the 1H2021 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme. (See: JTC launches site at Tampines North under 1H2021 IGLS programme)

This site is the last of three Reserve List sites that were available for application. The other two sites were at Woodlands Industrial Park and Tampines North Drive 5. Both are still available for application.

The 108,988 sq ft site at Plot 9 Jalan Papan has a 20-year lease and a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The application to tender this site will close on June 30.
