JTC launched one confirmed-list site at Woodlands Sector 2 under the first half 2016 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme today.
The 145,766 sq ft parcel at Woodlands Sector 2 is zoned for Business-2 development. It has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0.
Tender for the site will close on May 24, 2016 at 11:00am.
