SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched two sites under the 2H2023 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme. The two sites are zoned for Business 2 or heavy industrial use.

The first site, located at Plot 11a Tampines North Drive 5, has been launched for tender. Spanning 0.54ha, the site has a tenure of 30 years and a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The site is the first of five Confirmed List sites under the 2H2023 IGLS Programme. The tender will close on Sept 19 at 11am.

The second site, located at Plot 5 Jalan Papan, close to Jurong Port Road, is available for application. It is the last of three Reserve List sites under the 2H2023 IGLS Programme, which means it will only be released for sale if it receives an offer at a price deemed acceptable by the government.

The site measures 0.56ha and has a 20-year tenure along with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. Applications for the site will close on Dec 29 at 11am.
